I help large organizations put working rules around AI and move AI tools from pilot into daily use. When a program stalls, I find where it’s blocked and restart it.
Setting clear limits for how AI is used inside the business. I translate the EU AI Act and Swiss nFADP into rules teams can follow day to day: who approves a use case, at what point a system gets paused or shut down, and what the board sees each quarter. The aim is controls that pass an audit.
Restarting enterprise initiatives that have stopped moving. Most stalls come from unclear ownership and an operating model that no longer fits the program. I find where the program is blocked, then rebuild the governance and the vendor and internal team setup to clear it.
Moving AI tools from pilot into daily use across the organization. I run the product side with the vendor or build team and lead the change work with the people expected to use the tool, including teams that see AI as a threat to their jobs. Where several small AI tools run in parallel, I help consolidate them into one platform that can scale.
